One of my favorite paper crafting techniques, especially during fall, is the Rock and Roll Technique! Just love the way it creates multi-colored leaves.
How to do the Rock and Roll Technique:
- Choose two coordinating Classic Ink Colors
- Ink stamp image completely in lighter color first (Tip: Always use your lightest color ink first to avoid getting dark in on your light ink pad.)
- Go directly to the darker ink color and roll just the edges of the image around.
- Stamp. Clean your stamp before you ink it up again.
For this card the leaf images, from the French Foliage stamp set, were inked first with Daffodil Delight and then "rock and rolled" in Cherry Cobbler Ink. Then stamped.

The sentiment on this card, from the Trust God stamp set, is a good reminder for me.
"Thank God for what you have.
Trust God for what you need."
Glad you are here!
