It is National Pink Day! And today I have a bit of an abstract Keep It Simple Saturday (K.I.S.S.) card for you.
This is a little bit of a stray from my style but it was so much fun to create!! I started with a piece of Pink Pirouette card stock.
- spritzed with NEW Stampin' Spritzer filled with Melon Mambo Classic Ink refill drops and water
- Apply Whisper White Craft Ink using Direct to Paper technique (rub ink pad directly on card stock0
- Watercolor streaks of Basic Gray using Aqua Painters
A torn edge, Silver and Glimmer Brads set off the greeting that comes from the Word Play stamp set.
Yes, a bit abstract for me! Here is the inspiration:
This print was posted by my friend, Cari Cantrell, on her design blog - the sweet tooth. So pretty in pink!
Happy National Pink Day to you! Have a simple and wonderful weekend.

Thanks Cari. It was a bunch of fun to play and be random!
