Another Last Minute Project Idea

As the last weeks of December are upon us, here is another last minute project you can create for friends, family, school, or co-workers.

This is just an adorable snowman card using the Snow Much Fun set.  It would be so adorable as a card for your children's teachers or classmates.  This set has always been one of my favorites because it captures such innocence.

I love everything about it from the cute snowman to the birds and especially the snowball added with Stampin' Dimensionals.

And A Partridge In A Pear Tree

Isn't that one of the most beautiful and elegant "Partridges in a Pear Tree" you've ever seen?!  I just love this Tuesday Trigger from the Moxie Fab World Blog!  So, so pretty.

So, I had to play along!

This little 3" x 3" gift card would be perfect to add to the top of a gift this season. 

I love the sparkle of the trigger image and duplicated it on this card in a few ways:

• Heat Embossed the bird and greeting in sliver. 
• Card itself is created with Shimmery White card stock
• Branch punches from Brushed Silver card stock
• A Rhinestone sets off the greeting

Loved the muted colors of the trigger as well.  My Stampin' Up! interpretation:  Sahara Sand and Baja Breeze.

I hope you find a little peace this week.  If you celebrate Christmas (which I pray you do) this week promises to be a bit hectic.  Remember, Christmas is about the gift of Jesus!  Take a peaceful moment to reflect on this gift!

Occasions MIni Sneak Peek

With Christmas approaching, it means that the Holiday Mini Catalog is almost over.  It's been a great catalog and I will be sorry to see it go.  But the good news is that the Occasions Mini catlaog is almost here.  It will have more new great products to take you through the rest of the winter and that's exciting in itself!

One Lucky Girl!

This past weekend, I celebrated a birthday.  Though, it was not a huge event, I was reminded how blessed I am.

These are three of my biggest blessings!  My husband, Bret, and my boys Hunter (L) and Wyatt (R).  These guys, along with a few of my friends, coordinated a small surprise dinner for my birthday!  Thank you!!

Yes, they even decorated a birthday cake for me!  Love the "4?"!!  For the record, I turned 42!

And my crafty boys stamped a birthday card as well.

Yes, they know I love penguins, so they grabbed the Polar Party stamp set and one of my favorite Stampin' Up! colors, Melon Mambo, and created this card.  Cute huh!

Yes, I am one lucky, and very blessed, girl.  Ok, at my age.....woman.  Ugh!
